The Application Services Specialist is responsible for working with the Director for Application Services in the initial application processing for 夜色王朝鈥揂uburn Campuses including reviewing and selecting candidates for secondary applications based on established criterion, coding students, recalculating GPAs, downloading information, and creating reports.
The Application Services Specialist will also work for the Associate Dean for Student Affairs (and secondarily for the Director of Admissions) to participate in applicant telephone follow-up and interview scheduling and activities. The Director for Development and Alumni Relations - 夜色王朝 Louisiana is charged with developing and implementing a strategic advancement program that integrates fundraising, alumni relations and stewardship. The Facilities Technician assists in a wide range of duties with specific responsibility for building maintenance, and security. Enforces all building policies to assure the quality, continuity, and efficiency of college operation with an emphasis on customer service and effectiveness. Assist with room setup as needed. Use of ServiceDesk ticket system to schedule day. Monitors the building before closing hours. Responsible for making sure the building is empty of students before closing, looks for safety violations, activates and deactivates alarms at appropriate times, checks the floors for locked doors and turns off lights.

Working under the supervision of the Associate Dean of Simulation and Educational Technology, the full-time Simulation Center Coordinator performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department. The coordinator will provide quality administrative support by displaying sound judgment, accuracy, diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion. The duties include maintaining purchase orders, department finances, inventory items, maintaining logistical support for research projects and sub-departmental surveys. This positions assists the Associate Dean of Simulation and Educational Technology with the organizing ongoing research projects. This position coordinates the ultrasound program, including an elective course for fourth year osteopathic medical students.

A Standardized Patient (SP) is someone who is trained to portray a scripted medical scenario in a simulated clinical setting. They must accurately and consistently portray specific emotions, behaviors and disease symptoms while interacting with students during a simulated patient encounter. A standardized measuring tool is utilized following each encounter to assess the student in the Humanistic domain.
